What I Offer
I offer individual therapy for adults, available both in person in Newcastle upon Tyne and online.
In-Person Sessions
Sessions take place at Hendon House, Planet Place, Killingworth, NE12 6RZ. This space is a welcoming, private space that is easily accessible from Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
Appointments last 50 minutes and are charged at £55 per session.
Online Sessions
Online sessions provide a flexible alternative for those who prefer to access therapy from home or are unable to attend in person.
Sessions are held via a secure video platform and are the same length and cost as face-to-face appointments, allowing you to access therapy wherever you feel most comfortable.

Before your first session, we will usually have had an initial conversation to discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to gain from the process. During our first session, we will explore this in more depth.
At the start of the session, we will complete some initial paperwork together before beginning to build a fuller picture of you, your experiences, and your current circumstances. This helps us develop a deeper understanding of what is important to you and creates a strong foundation for our work together.
My approach to therapy is person-centred, which means our work is guided by your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
There is no set minimum or maximum number of sessions. Some people find a shorter period of therapy helpful, while others benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly review our work together and discuss what feels right for you as therapy progresses.
Individual therapy sessions are charged at £55 per session.
Payment is made via bank transfer and is required before the session takes place. Details of how to make payment will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.
Feeling nervous about starting therapy is completely understandable and something many people experience. Opening up to someone new can feel daunting, especially if you are discussing things that are difficult or deeply personal.
My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever you choose to bring. Building trust and feeling comfortable is an important part of the therapeutic process, and this will be discussed during our initial call.
